I swapped SSD's with my friend and now my pc is stuck at startup recovery.

Me and my friend wanted to swap our laptops, and to do so we swapped our ssd's. Now one of the laptops works fine, but the other can't go past Startup Recovery. I'm thinking maybe incompatible drivers are causing this. I already have a flash drive with the windows 10 installation tool. I would like to format the ssd and clean install windows 10. How do I do this from the Startup Recovery screen?
