I can't transfer my windows key

i recently changed my motherboard on my computer, so i needed to transfer my windows key, but when i run the troubleshooter, the old system does not appear in the reactivate windows screen, only my laptop, which i dont want to transfer. I also dont have access to the old motherboard anymore. the old system was linked to my microsoft account.
