pressing capslock causes my screen to go black for a second and my laptop lags a bit,how to fix it?

i have a gaming laptop [ Lenovo legion Y530] and the issue started a few months ago, ive tried updaing my keyboard driver and the issue still exists whether im using external keyboard or my laptops keyboard, the os is windows 11 and im up to date with the updates.
