Before I reinstalled windows 10 I got stable fps(upto 60 fps) on all games at low settings but after reinstallation of windows 10 and downloading the SAME latest NVidia drivers, my games ran at horrible fps like 10fps that too with stutters.Earlier I had no custom settings in NVidia panel, just the "let 3d application decide" selected and every game ran smoothly without any issue without setting up any other setting.After reinstallation and setting up NVidia driver, my games were having 10-20 fps max that too with stutters. I had to go into "advanced 3d settings" and set up limit fps to 30 fps
