Sharing then removing the sharing of a folder is not restoring original permission entries, why so?

When you share a folder on windows (I used windows server 2022, it was a virtual machine, added to a domain) its "losing" certain permission entries. I thought, removing the share would restore it to earlier state, but that is not happening. e.g. a shared folder has: 1 system 'Full control' 2 Administrator (local) 'Full control' 3 Users 'Read n execute' 4 Users 'special' 5 CREATOR OWNER 'Full Control' permissions. Now, I remove the share (unshare it), now it has following permissions: 1 administrator (domain) 'Full Control' 2 administrator (local) 'Full control' 3 System 'Full control' well,
