Windows WSUS Server Client Computer Not Detecting

I have created a WSUS server for client windows updation , I have sync the server but in computers section no computer is showing also no unassigned computer is showing. I have executed the command "wuauclt /detectnow" on client systemI have joined my client PC with the domain of wsus server.
