PC randomly occuring problem

I don't even know how to explain this, my pc keeps entering like, I'll try to demonstrate it.Every time I'm in a voice call with someone, this is what they're saying.Example:"Hi, so I have a question, how do you update your computer?"The error:"Hi, so I- *freezes* I- I- I- h- ave a question, how do you update your computer?"Basically randomly glitching Here's a video of the example.https://youtu.be/vJDr_cN9Avs (I'll be taking this video down after this issue is fixed)Help, task manager says CPU, memory, and disk perfectly normal.Disk storage is also normal.
