Hello, I use a program called Startup Delayer from R2Studios to launch all my startup programs. I got this because (a) the programs in my Startup folder never start up, and (b) I have quite a few of them, so I wanted to spread them out so they don't all access the hard drive at once. So the one thing left in my Startup folder is Startup Delayer itself. And it still won't start up on its own, I have to actually double-click it. (I know, horrors!) So, what is the fix for this? How do I get the Startups folder to actually do its job?
