For reference, I am trying to remove my email address from a child profile so that I can use it as an adult.I just used the online chat with the support team to try to remove the child restriction settings in the family dashboard. The support team member tried to help with this, but we could not seem to resolve the issue. I uploaded files securely to verify that the correct email was logged in, however, when I clicked on "manage consent" under the family member to remove the child restrictions it did not give me the option to do so.
