Always popped out "Search app in the store?" whenever I try to install non verified application in windows 11

I found my PC is Windows 11 Home Single Language and not in S mode. I already choose 'Anywhere' in choose where to get apps setting. But still I cant install any non verified application, it always showed up "search app in the store?". What did I do wrong?I ts really frustating please help me fix it
