I've freshly reinstalled Windows 10 many times already, but I still encounter the same issue. Whenever I boot up Windows for like the third time after installing it, the system shows the Windows logo and the spinning circle, then has a grey screen with the spinning circle. And this just spins forever like thisPreviously, it was this screen would happen for like 5 seconds and then it would just have a grey screen with my cursor, and nothing else would happen.
