WF-3640 scanner stop working in Windows 11

My WF-3640 printer no longer can scan documents from a Nitro PDF 7 software with Windows 11, from any computer. I can scan documents directly from the WF-3640 and send them to my computer, but I can't do it from the computer.I can certainly print documents from Word or any other software, including Nitro Pro 7.Any ideas on how to fix this issue?Thanks.
