Mouse without Borders - Cannot link computers

I've been using Mouse without Borders for 5 years now and love it. However, recently, I logged in and was unable to link my two computers. I checked the firewall rule, turned off my VPN, reinstalled on both machines, and still no luck. Any help would be appreciated. I'm lost without it! I've even tried manually mapping IP. No luck.
