missing winre.wim file. trying to factory reset my computer.

As a youtube video suggested I have tried to download the windows 11 iso. So I downloaded it and found the install.esd file and extracted that, eventually getting the install.wim file. I mounted that file into a folder to get another recovery folder and there is nothing in it. My actual recovery folder only has reagentold in it.
