All network adapters not working

I've plugged in many wifi adapters and windows doesn't seem to recognize them, they aren't broken either.I also tried plugging in ethernet but that doesn't work either. When I open properties in device manager all the adapters say, "Windows is still setting up class configuration for this device. Code 56" How to fix this issue?
