Windows software damage(probably)

Hi, I have windows 10 laptop on 4 gb of ram and it is 64 bit with 2 ghz processor, I recently made a kali boot drive and tried dual booting, the partitioning part mightve messed up cuz it didn't work, so I exited kali and booted windows normally, except for it booted, then nothing worked properly, desktop was OK, cursor and selection animation was ok, windows button on the left corner works slow, menu opens, very laggy scrolling but instantly can click away and taskbar doesn't work, note for kali: I had 64 bit kali live iso on usb with universal usb installer, I later realized I should've used
