Hi,I have a problem registering Windows on a computer that should get acces. I will describe the situation in short:I work in a charity program to help disabled and senior citizens with their computer and media problems. Currently I'm helping a man who wants to play computer games. His mother bought a new computer and a Win license on top of that. The problem is, the license was used for win10 but with the upgrade to win11, it failed to recognize the key properly.
