Can’t connect to ay network on setup windows 11

I get to the “lets connect you to a network” part on the windows 11 setup but no wifi networks are found and it just stops respinding to anything even tho i can move the pointer on the screen. Also i tried to use Shift F10 to open cmd but i got no response from the device. Its’s a Dell Inspiron 15 3520
