Event 41, Kernel-Power error but ONLY when shutting down computer

Hi,checking my event properties list, I see on some occasions a Critical, Kernel-Power error (informations below):"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."The system never reboots and works perfectly. This error seems to be triggered when shutting down the system with the native windows "Shut down" option.Also it's random, it doesn't happen on any shutdown.System
