SOLVED, I picked up a new Acer Note yesterday, 6/14/2024, with this problem, and after hours of researching and reading, trying various things offered, a person on an English forum said that they had done a factory reset of the device and resolved. I did it and it really resolved it. For those who don't know, follow the steps.
