I accidentally deleted the defaultuser folders due to a disk space issue after reading online that it was safe to do so. Then I lost access to my administrator account and my laptop logged me out.I luckily managed to log in with another family account I had setup on my laptop and created a new administrator account with my Microsoft email address. Now in C:/Users I can see that there is a folder with my username C:/Users/ishit that contains the latest state of all my folders (Downloads, Desktop, Documents etc.) before I was logged out of that account.
