Can't install the KB5034441 update, 0x80070643 error

I ran into the 0x80070643 error when I was trying to install the KB5034441 update. I followed the instructions on manually resizing my recovery partition from this link, but I ran into an error from DiskPart when I got to step 4e, which reads:"""You may not shrink OEM, ESP, or recovery partitions, or, offline volumes.The volume you have selected may not be shrunk.Please select another volume and try again.""" I then re-enabled WinRE. What should I do from here?
