How to fix missing AutoIt errors

I'm missing several AutoIt files and have 2 errors that are missing temp files('Temp\KMYElbqpkg\O" and "Temp\GnQIEfJLHw\m")(in attached image if there). I have tried to run autoruns to delete the programs from AutoIt but the errors still persist. This has lasted through several windows updates and I'm tired of seeing them.
