Minecraft for Windows' download stuck at 3.9MB

I bought the discount which gives you Minecraft Java + Bedrock but whenever I want to install the bedrock version, it downloads until 3.9mb and it gets stuck. The mb/s fall to 0 and remain there the whole time.I already tried repairing and resetting the microsoft store and the xbox app, and still none of these worked. My internet connection is fine because I could download Subnautica without any problem.
