Signing me out instead of signing me in

For some reason when i try to access my privacy settings and press manage on my profile it takes me to a website then it tells me to sign in, but then it proceeds to say hold on a second while we sign you out for some absolute reason When i proceed to click on it, it does not proceed to work and i want it to work so i can access my privacy settings, keep in mind im using outlook
