I need help to get back into windows

I was using Windows 10 on a tablet and after getting all lof the drivers and updates Windows restarted alot which locked me out for 2 hours. The tablet computer I am talking about is my Steam Deck and Windows goes into sleep mode when I'm not using it which pauses the 2 hour timer and I tried resetting my windows password via forgot my password and that did not give me a virtual keyboard to use.
