I am experiencing a persistent and frustrating issue on my Windows 10 PC. After attempting to install Windows 11, I am unable to delete the C:\$WINDOWS.~BT folder, which is occupying 30GB of space on my drive. I have attempted several methods to resolve this issue, all to no avail.
