Why can’t I switch out of S mode!?!?!?

Why can’t i switch out of S mode on my Windows 11? I bought this laptop today and i’ve updated everything there is to update, i’ve restarted the computer itself, i’m on the Administrative account, i’ve tried 3 separate different wi-fi’s…? Settings, Activation, Go to store, Get, and then it loads for 1 second and says “Try again. Something happened and we couldn’t start the upgrade.” there’s quite literally nothing else i can find that may be the issue. PLEASE HELP BEFORE I RETURN THIS..
