My windows 10 laptop wasn't connecting to the internet and every time i manually turned on the internet it turned itself off in less than 10 seconds. I researched a bit and it told me to check my drivers. My Wi-Fi adapter driver (Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter#10) was displaying "This device cannot start .(code 10)" , I cannot update the driver since it says it is up to date and even if there was one i couldn't update it since i don't have access to the internet.
