Keyboard being weird. Help!

Hello. Recently I've been having a problem where my backslash key ( \ ) works perfectly fine. But if I turn on Caps Lock and press it, it just makes every single key on my keyboard that has the little dot where it glows from, well, it makes that little dot thing glow, and it just types this ---> ZXC\TY,.\ and presses enter. Please help!I am on an HP Elitebook Laptop.
