Anytime I try to download straight to my D drive on steam, blizzard, or wargaming (what I've tried so far). Also I tried downloading to my C drive and then transferring over, but it goes down to 0 kbps and sits there after the first 3-5 seconds.I was having issues with stuttering so I just reinstalled windows, it still stutters, but not as bad.I updated my drivers from LenovoI checked windows update and that's up to dateI used CMD and entered chkdsk D: /f /r /x it said there were no issuesI went into the properties and then checked it for errors and defragmented/optimized itI have the Lenovo L
