It is not switching on. Every time I try to switch it on ,it just beeps again and then switches off. What do I do?

My laptop started glitching so I restarted it and it started beeping and then it stopped. It is not switching on. Every time I try to switch it on ,it just beeps again and then switches off. What do I do?
