Microsoft account doesnt exist?

My family protected microsoft account will not show up when i try to log in (it continuosly comes up in the middle of my game or video pausing/minimizing it) and whenever i try to log in it always says "This microsoft account does not exist" so i am asking this on my alternate account now and i would really like help ASAP
