Hi, I just did a factory reboot on my computer and it doesn't seem that I can access my C drive. I've read some article about this and it just doesn't work. also note that I can open CMD but I can't really run any necassary commands to help me resolve this issue, it always says I'm not privilege enough to execute the command, the same thing happen when I go properties on my disk and try to change the ownership. I can download stuff, but it will failed to launch and a prompt will say " the network path was either typed incorrectly, does not exist, or the network provider is not currently avail
