My PC keeps restarting due to windows update

Hey, I just made an update of windows and when my pc starts to make the update, it stops at 14% and restart itself. I am in an infinite loop where I can't do anything. I read that I have to turn on and turn off my pc until I have the troubleshoot panel but I did it and nothing happens. The most I can have is the pc to retry the update and stop again at 14% before it restart itself. Do you know what can I do ? Thanks!
