How do you set up Paint 3D to open when you right click on a photo and select "open with"?

I used to be able to open my photos app and right click -> "open with" -> and select "Paint 3D". Now Paint 3D is not showing up when I click "open with". How do I set up paint 3D to show up under "open with". I realize I could go into Paint 3D and open the photo there, but this is an extra step when I am already in my photos app.Thanks ahead of time
