When I connect my Android phone to Windows 10 in order to download photos, the computer does not recognize or pick up the phone in This PC. Each time I try I get this "Hardware error" on Performance Monitor. Can anyone advise me on how to "fix" this problem? I'm a relative novice and can only imagine that there is a piece of hardware that can be replaced--by someone who knows how to do such things, of course.
