My JBLTune770NC headphones connect for about 30 seconds and disconnect after in a cycle. I am experiencing this issue on a Huawei Matebook 14 device that operates on Windows 11. I can connect my Microsoft bluetooth mouse just fine and another headphone (JBLTune520BT) but this particular model does not remain connected. Before I switched to the Matebook 14, the JBLTune770NC was connected perfectly fine to my old Huawei Matebook 13. I have searched online and tried many solutions.
