System Is Using A High Amount Of Memory

Hello,About 2 weeks ago, my laptop has had an incredibly difficult time running games. My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 3542 and kind of old. I have to be selective of which games I play since my laptop can’t handle most, so which is why I enjoy playing Roblox. I didn’t really run into any issues when playing the game before.As of recently, anytime I try to run the game, it’s consistently choppy and not really playable. I tend to open up Task Manager whenever my system is being slow, only to now see my Memory usage being at 90%, which isn’t normal. I usually have my Disk usage spike up a lot, but
