My screen and rgb were stuttering every minute or so after a few hours of use. Then it got worse and worse where it was stuttering every half second. I shut down my pc to help stop it from getting worse. What should I do? How do I fix this issue?My pc is 1 year old. It's had a similar problem two months ago but the audio was stuttering and then spazzing while the stuttering happened. My friend says it could be a faulty PSU. I've had lightning strike my house a few times. We do have surge protection, but maybe my PSU got fried? If it is my PSU, do I need to replace it immediately? Am I in dange
