New incoming HEVC Main10 video no longer shows thumbnails in File Explorer

I've installed the HEVC Video Extensions on my Windows 10. The installed version is 2.1.1161.0.I noticed that my HEVC Main10 video no longer shows thumbnails in File Explorer for new incoming files. It worked fine a few weeks ago.I found another PC with an older version of the extension (2.1.41.0) and it does show the thumb
