I cannot sign into my account on the Microsoft Store. I cannot change my account in Minecraft due to Microsoft login failing.

When I attempt to sign into my account on the Microsoft Store, it asks me if I want to use the account I am currently signed into on my PC or if I want to sign in using a different account. When I click on the existing Microsoft account, it brings up a blank pop up window that closes shortly after. It then brings up a message that says, "We encountered an error. Please try signing in again later."
