hello so i am having a real problem with my pc. my system first turned on and i had been impatient with the loading process and i had shut it off. it then tells me after i boot up that theres an unmountable boot volume. ive since went to the troubleshoot and i see there is no reset system selection. only backup selection and command prompt, uninstall updates, uefi firmware settings, system image recovery. ive looked up multiple videos to help me try and figure this out and they ALL have that option that i dont. my keyboard and mouse also dont turn on when i regular boot up only in troubleshoot
