I2C HID Device error: how to automatically disbale the checkbox "Allow the computer to turn off the devices" in Device Manager when booting windows

So i just found out that somehow my laptop's touchpad randomly disabled when on battery. I updated the drivers, uninstall and reinstall several times, downgrade from windows 11 to win 10 but nothings work permanently. The temporarily fix is boot into safe mode and uninstall device and restart.And I noticed that every time I re-enable my touchpad, the checkbox" Allow the computer to turn off the device" is ticked but I'm pretty sure that I untick it every time. I wanna ask if there is any script or registry edit that make it automatically disable when boot
