Unbale to find bitlock recovery key in my microsoft account for resetting my pc

I am trying to reset my pc. When i try to reset its asking me to enter bitlock recovery key. I logged in to my microsoft account in my mobile following the instructions link "aka.ms/myrecoverykey" and logged in with my account. But i am unable to find the bitlock recovery key.please heip
