My computer automatically started updating but got stuck when it reached 7%. then it came up with "We couldn't complete the updates, Undoing changes". I waited half an hour before the laptop died so I put it on charge and tried to recover the laptop, as I had suspicions that something was wrong. I then tried to factory reset the computer to see if that got rid of the problem, but when it asked me to select a windows version to reinstall, (both options shown were "Windows 10 (on volume 3)"), but when I selected either of them the computer would glitch slightly when on the restarting screen, the
