Windows bugs, when i press the g and h key

how do i fix a problem with my windows where if i press the g and h button it keeps refreshing and when i type the letter g and h button in notepad it will repeatedly type out the current time stamp, this issue applies when i use the built-in keyboard but disappears when i use the on screen keyboardhere is a video demonstrating the issue: Windows Problem - Google Drive
