I don't have access to my old email but seems it was used to buy a subscription

I checked my order history on my work and personal accounts - no orders. But when I loaded my credit card details as per the Microsoft support page request, It found the R1099 charge. I am worried that this will happen again as it may be fraud using my old email I cannot access. I also need the amount refunded. Please help.
