New user login for HP desktop

So I just changed jobs and as a gift I was able to keep my HP desktop computer. Since my previous employer deleted my email with them, I have been unable to log in to the computer with the normal account (as it doesn’t exist). So on the log in screen I have been clicking Other User and inputting my email and password from my current job (both jobs use Outlook and have all of Microsoft Suite). But it’s not letting me log in.What can I do?
