updating to windows 10 32-bit from windows 7 32-bit?

I currently have a old PC that I love using because of the amount of ports, it has a floppy disk, 2 dvd drives, and a blueray drive, The thing is it is running windows 7 and Windws XP, I want to keep using this PC for a few more years with windows until the offical end of support of windows 10, but whenever I try the windows 10 update tool it says "This is not a valid win32 application" when I try the windows 10 media creator tool, it loads and then just crashes and when i try to open it again it tells me to restart my system, how do I upgrade to windows 10 from windows 7? The System is 32-bit
